When you book into The Haven on Norwegian Prima, you get more than just a cabin — you get access to an exclusive, elevated “ship‑within‑a‑ship” experience reserved for the most luxurious suites. The Haven comprises 107 suites, all clustered at the aft (rear) of the ship, served by private keycard access and dedicated elevators that take you directly to the Haven’s public areas on decks 16 and 17.
Staying in The Haven doesn’t mean you miss out on everything else onboard — you still have full access to the rest of Norwegian Prima’s many features. Outside the enclave you’ll find the ship’s expansive public spaces, more than enough deck‑space for pools and relaxation, the wrap‑around promenade of Ocean Boulevard for walking with sea views, and a wide variety of activities and dining options.
Even as a Haven guest, you’ll likely want to explore beyond your private enclave — Norwegian Prima offers a wide variety of activities for all tastes. There’s the dramatic Ocean Boulevard: a 44,000 square‑foot promenade deck that wraps around the ship, giving you the chance to stroll with panoramic ocean views or enjoy open-air sea breezes.
If you enjoy something more active or adventurous, there’s a lot on offer: from pool deck lounging to poolside fun, and throughout the ship you’ll find entertainment venues, lounges, and casual‑to‑specialty dining venues. As a Haven member you also benefit from priority bookings — your dedicated concierge and 24‑hour butler can help you secure early or reserved access to shows, excursions, spa treatments, or other popular experiences onboard, giving you flexibility without the usual scramble.
As a member of The Haven, dining becomes a far more exclusive affair. You have access to the private The Haven Restaurant, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in an elegant setting alongside fellow Haven guests. The menu and service are more upmarket than standard dining venues, and you can even have meals delivered to your suite should you wish.
That said, you remain free to sample the rest of Norwegian Prima’s dining options too. If you fancy something different, there are plenty of complimentary venues, main dining rooms, and more casual or specialty eateries — giving you the freedom to alternate between Haven’s tranquillity and the livelier atmosphere of the wider ship whenever you like.
